Strategic Principles

-  The individual congregation, through its members, is the fundamental missionary unit of the Church.

-  The role of Presbytery is to serve the churches in their mission; to organize for collaborative ministries;

            and to carry out the mandates of our constitution.

-  The Presbytery should do no mission that individual churches can do for themselves.

-  Fruitfulness is as important as Faithfulness.

-  What we count we value.

-  Accountability is a basic requirement for change and growth.

Not all growing churches are healthy but all healthy churches are growing
